A few minutes walk from the Catalonia Excelsior hotel you will find the Cathedral of Valencia. It is worth climbing the 207 steps to the top of the bell tower, popularly known as "Miguelete", from where you can take incredible panoramic photos of the city. Next to the cathedral is the impressive Central Market, a modernist-style construction where you can try typical Valencian dishes such as "esgarraet." Next door you can find the Lonja de Seda, named after the commercialization of silk until the 18th century.
