DUQUES DE BERGARA, S.L.'s privacy policy for candidates

Duques de Bergara, S.L., with registered address at Calle Bergara 11, 08002 Barcelona (hereinafter, Duques de Bergara), hereby informs CANDIDATE that the personal data on her/his CV, in addition to those that may come to light or be asked for during interviews, shall be added to a database held by Duques de Bergara, which is duly registered on the General Data Protection Register.

Duques de Bergara shall process the CANDIDATE’S personal data for the purpose of handling her/his application in current or future selection processes.

Your data may be disclosed to entities belonging to the same business group as Duques de Bergara, which may be located in other countries, including ones where security levels are not required by law that meet the criteria set by the Director of the Spanish Data Protection Agency. These entities, their business activity and their locations may be checked on the WEBSITE www.cataloniahotels.com.

The CANDIDATES may exercise her/his rights to access, rectify, cancel and contest her/his data by writing to the above address or an email to news@cataloniahotels.com.

In the event that the CANDIDATE were not recruited in this selection process, Duques de Bergara shall keep her/his details for a period of one year should her/his application be suitable for future selection processes.

If the CANDIDATE does not wish that her/his data be held on record during this period, she/he may exercise her/his right to cancel them by following the procedure described above.

Once this one-year period has elapsed, Duques de Bergara may contact you again to request that you update your data and renew your consent for them to be held on record for a further year.

The CANDIDATE hereby states that she/he has read and understood this PRIVACY POLICY and expressly consents to her/his data being processed in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
