Our Weekend at the Catalonia Playa Maroma
A couple of weeks ago Bebé and I had the opportunity to spend the weekend at the Catalonia Playa Maroma All Inclusive Resort & Spa. I know, don’t you feel sorry for us? This hotel is a bit older than some of the others and is more popular with Italians, French Canadians and South Americans, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised.
After passing through the lobby, which has a huge palapa roof, the stroll to the rooms is beautiful… a long stone path through the jungle. In the morning coati’s (the racoon’s Mexican cousin) are waiting to say “Hola!”. Bebé loved them! Our Weekend at the Catalonia Playa Maroma.
