Catalonia Hotels & Resorts in Dominican Republic supports Movember
Movember is an annual event to raising funds and awareness for men’s health. It´s a great opportunity to start conversations, spread awareness and raise funds. “Mo Bros” are men who help by changing their own appearance with a new moustache, grown for 30 days. A “Mo Sista” is a woman who loves a moustache and is committed to raising awareness and funds for men’s health.
Since 2003, Movember has received up to $559 million dollars.
What are we doing in Catalonia Hotels & Resorts to support this movement?
In Catalonia Bavaro Beach, Catalonia Gran Dominicus and Catalonia Royal Bavaro, during the second week of November, every Wednesday our staff will take pictures of our guests using funny moustaches. Besides having a great time, we´ll be creating awareness about this movement and what to do to participate.
