Our favorite things in Mexico
Last April 14th we experienced our first #MexChat. It was amazing to see that everybody there has fallen in love with Mexico!
Everything started with one question: What is your must-do favorite thing to do when you first land in Mexico? The first thing that came to our mind was a glass full of cold beer, a beautiful beach like the one in Catalonia Playa Maroma and a beautiful and shiny sun.
Our favorite topic came with question number 2: What is your favorite archaeological site in Mexico? It was hard to choose just one, but finally Catalonia Caribbean voted for El Tajin, in Veracruz. We were surprised by the great amount of archaeological sites that showed up in the shared pictures.
We guess that everyone’s favorite question was number 4: Besides tequila and tacos, what is your favorite Mexican food and drink to share with friends? We did not have an idea of how popular is Mexican food. Mexican dishes are known worldwide! For us, one the best is the Tamal, which is even better if you put a big cup of hot “atole” next to it.
