The Great Place to Work Institute once more included our five Dominican Republic establishments within the 25 Best Places to Work For in the Caribbean for this 2017 ranking.
Great Place to Work is in charge of researching and recognizing the best places to work in more than 45 countries around the world. Their studies are based on the information gathered from more than 10 million collaborators, being so the most extensive and respected analyst at a worldwide level.
The Great Place to Work methodology is rigorous and objective and sets a global standard for defining excellent workplaces. This is not only advertising and positioning, it also implies a transformation of our workplace with useful practices and tools to maintain the development, distinguishing ourselves from the competition.
Our resort Catalonia Gran Dominicus is honored to have received the Best Company To Work For award in the Dominican Republic and second best entity in the Caribbean region.
The ranking, made with companies with between 500 and 5,000 employees, has also recognized the work performed by Catalonia Bavaro Beach resort giving it the 4th place and Catalonia Royal Bavaro the 8th place.
Similarly, we must highlight the entry in this ranking of the urban hotel Catalonia Santo Domingo in position nº 11 and the Pearl Beach Club in the position nº 18, two establishments inaugurated in 2016.
