According to Great Place to Work’s ranking for Best Workplaces in Latin America 2017, Catalonia Hotels & Resorts is the best hotel chain.
We are the only hotel company within the Ranking of the 25 Best Workplaces in Latin America 2017 with more tan 500 employees.
To prepare the list for Latin America this year, Great Place to Work® has considered more than 1,400 organizations that were distinguished in 20 national lists of the region during the period 2016 – 2017 and the opinion of a total of 2.3 million employees.
The ranking of the Best Places to Work in Latin America was divided into three lists. The 25 Best Multinationals, then the 25 Biggest (more than 500 employees) and finally the 50 Best Small and Medium (between 20 and 500 employees).
The award ceremony that took place on May 23 in the city of Chicago, in its 14th edition, recognized Catalonia Hotels & Resorts in the # 24 position of the Best Companies in Latin America, placing us as the only hotel company that receives recognition in this category.
Any organization that has been recognized in one of the national lists of Latin America during the last year is a candidate to join the list of the Best Workplaces in Latin America 2017.
