Every year we reward the effort and dedication of our staff members by supporting them with renovations and home improvements for their houses.
This is the sixth consecutive year in which we recognize the commitment, effort and dedication of an exemplary partner at Catalonia Gran Dominicus, making its wish come true by providing him with a new home.
In 2014, we had seven participants from different areas of the Resort: Security, Human Resources, Maintenance, Restaurants, among others.
Today, the entire Catalonia Hotels & Resorts Family congratulate the 2014 winner: Juliana Henríquez Joaquín from the Restaurants.
Juliana began working with us in 2009 as a Waiter Assistant and in 2012 she was promoted to Waitress, a position held proudly to this day.
She has won school bond in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 and has had a minimum of faults in all these years. She was also a participant in Catalonia Integrates Family program in 2014.
In this case, our partner´s wooden house was replaced by a completely new block house.
