No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.
By participating in the contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules.The results of the contest, as determined by the organizers, are final and have no place to appeal. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social network.
ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to people of any nationality, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Organizers have the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest will be held from April 12th, 2015 9 am (Cancun, Mx local time) to April 19th, 2015 9 pm (Cancun, Mx local time). All entries must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Any entry received before of after this period will be automatically dismissed.

4. Comment your name proposal on the Post. (Just 1 name proposal per comment. Comments containing more than 1 option will be automatically dismissed). Post as many comments as you want.
5. Only the name proposals that get 50+ likes on the comment and meet the rules listed, will be eligible to enter the final list that’ll be presented to the jury. Invite your friends to like yours.
The jury will consist of members of the Catalonia Hotels & Resorts Board. The jury may not choose a winner. The Jury’s decision is final. In the absence of a winner, the contest will be canceled.
WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The winner will be notified via a mention in their participation and through a post by the organizer on Facebook, @cataloniahotels on Twitter, or other channels that the organizer decides to implement.
PRIZE: 3 nights stay for 2 people in Catalonia Royal Tulum located in the Riviera Maya, Mexico. All Inclusive Package. No transportation expenses, gratuities, tours or extra expenses included. Subject to availability between May to December 2015.
If the organizer does not get response from a potential prize winner within twenty-four (24) hours after being mentioned, the contestant may be considered as ineligible for the award, and the organizer is not obigled in any case to announce a different winner. If for any reason the participant loses control of his/her account, would not be sufficient reason for extending the period of twenty-four (24) hour response.
The contestant Facebook privacy settings must necessarily be set to “Public” or “Everyone” during the contest period so we can see your profile and be an eligible winner.
Incidental expenses and all other costs not specifically listed as part of the prize, such as travel to the property offering the prize, in terms of transportation, flights, visas and all requirements and formalities necessary to redeem the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
All federal, state and local taxes that are related to the receipt or use of any prize are the responsibility of the winner.
ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS: Prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted.

Immediate family member is defined as a parent, sibling or any person residing in same household as employee.
