Start the day with an energizing and delicious breakfast. Fresh orange juice or a banana shake to enjoy an omelet or your benedict eggs, served on fresh toast, smoked salmon and dutch sauce.
Nothing better than fresh fruit from the Caribbean, order a big bowl of season fruit with cottage cheese.
As for lunch, what about an Avocado Salad with Panela cheese, gourmet lettuce, and fresh tomatoes, dressed with a fresh vinaigrette. An excellent option for our warm weather.
Crave for something simple and delicious? Try one of these options:
- Vegetable Wrap: wheat tortilla filled with fresh vegetables and cream cheese.
- Club Sandwich: Delicious sandwich with chicken, bacon, ham and cheese; accompanied with french fries.
- Baked eggplant: Baked eggplant filled with fresh vegetables and served with sweet potato chips.
