At the end of the past month, receiving the award for our latest achievement honored us.
Our three Resorts in Mexico were chosen between the top 100 best enterprises to be working at. This time, the Gender Equality category was priced. All companies receiving this recognition gathered together in Mexico City at the Four Seasons Hotel.
This ranking includes organizations that recognize and promote different human capital activities and propel gender equality. All of them have excelled in providing equal opportunities to their employees.
The companies avowed, are the ones that look out for their physical and emotional wellness of their personnel. As well as caring for their employees to achieve a balance between their labor and personal life.
Our three Caribbean Resorts located at the Riviera Maya in Mexico, were awarded, occupying the next positions in the ranking:
- Catalonia Riviera Maya & Yucatan Beach ranked in the 23th position.
- Catalonia Royal Tulum achieved the 24th place.
- Catalonia Playa Maroma got the 80th place.
Claudia Espinoza, Personnel Officer of Catalonia Riviera Maya and Amira Aranda, chief of Staff Training of Catalonia Playa Maroma were our attending representatives who received the Awards.
